St. Augustine Amphitheatre, 1340C A1A South

The 4092-seat Amphitheatre reopened in 2007 after more than four years of renovations.

The original venue opened in 1965 and hosted “Cross and Sword,” a drama telling the history of St. Augustine’s 1565 founding by the legendary playwright Paul Green.

The revamped venue hosts a conference room, four concession stands, a merchandise area, a large plaza and an arboretum of walking trails.

The Amphitheatre sits next to Anastasia State Park. In addition to live concerts, the Amphitheatre hosts a weekly farmers market, high school graduations, live theater and more. Upcoming concerts include Willie Nelson and Alison Krauss, Jack Johnson, the Old Crow Medicine Show and Weezer.
