The Columbia Restaurant Café, a Tampa-based restaurant, has a rich history in the state of Florida. Founded in 1905 by Cuban immigrant Casimiro Hernandez Sr., Columbia’s cuisine in authentically Spanish with chorizo, black beans and plantains appearing in several dishes.
